OFFICES REFURB is accepting applications from professional fit-out companies across the UK.
We will carefully consider and review your application based on a strict criteria.
If you are successful, you’ll be invited to join our expert network of recommended fit-out providers and be required to comply with our code of conduct.
In order to be eligible, you will firstly need to provide appropriate insurance documentation to confirm you have suitable insurance in place for each fit-out project you take on.
You will also need to confirm the following information, as part of our criteria:
1) Name and details of your fit-out company and the scale and focus of your operations including team size, structure and specialisms.
2) Details of your most recent fit-out projects (ideally the last 3) and the companies you have carried out the work for (to the extent you can disclose this information). We will require endorsements or testimonials from your recent clients.
3) Geographic area(s) you specialise your office fit-out works in.
4) The accreditations you currently hold as a fit-out provider.
5) Any other relevant information.
Once we receive your information, we will carefully consider your application as part of our internal vetting process.
This is likely to include follow-up discussions, customer testimonials and feedback of your recent work.
We will enquire and seek assurances on the standards of your project management, design and build quality and overall quality of service.
If your application is successful, we will inform you and you will be added to our expert list of approved fit-out providers that we may recommend to a suitable customer, based on their size and scale of the fit-out project as well as the office location.
We will support you through the process and if approved, you will have the OFFICES REFURB Seal of Approval which means you’ll be required to maintain high standards of service provision and quality throughout your fit-out works, as part of our code of conduct.
